In short, empty promises don't fill cavities. We are very dissatisfied with this brokerage. The communication and the way they treated us were not okay. The realtor got angry when you asked him something or wanted more clarity. Most realtors bring flowers or a bottle of drinks for both parties during the key handover but on this day someone came who we hadn't seen before (so he doesn't know us or the property) with empty hands and he wanted to quickly wrap things up, truly scandalous!

A buyer of your house buys your house because it feels good or appeals to them. Of course, it helps if things 'click' during the viewing with the real estate agent, but I think it’s about being lucky here. What does matter is the guidance throughout the entire process. The appointment for a free, non-binding appraisal was quickly made and Elwin quickly put everything online on funda at a market-conform price. Afterwards, the baton was passed to Tamara. This lady is fresh from her training. In one word? WOW! She really steered everything in the right direction, guided/adjusted where possible. Communication flowed smoothly, reachable every hour of the day. Always received very quick answers to my questions. Never thought an extra step was too much.
