Ridiculous. Money-grabbers. Once they have the money, they'll just laugh at you if THEY make a mistake that prevents you from insuring your new house and therefore being able to transfer it... UGH!!!! Realize who you are dealing with when you choose Bosrijck... truly unheard of for the amount they charge. They really do nothing. Houses sell themselves, and this party benefits greatly from that.
