The open house on Saturday had to be guided by us ourselves, which felt a bit 'easy' from the real estate agent's side and occasionally we would have liked more advice instead of objective answers to our questions. Vandaag kon ik vanaf de notaris de sleutels van mijn gekochte appartement ophalen bij de makelaar op kantoor. Eenmaal daar op kantoor werd er niet op of om gekeken, toen ik benoemde dat ik de sleutels kwam halen werd me een formulier voor de neus gekwakt waarop ik mijn gegevens moest invullen. Het meisje liep een kantoor ik kwam terug met een sleutelbos die kreeg ik in handen, werd niet even netjes de tijd genomen om te benoemen welke sleutel voor wat was. De makelaar zelf kwam niet even uit zijn kantoor om me überhaupt te feliciteren met mijn gekochte appartement ( dan denk ik bij mezelf ik weet niet hoor maar volgens mij betaal ik je toch een aanzienlijk bedrag en dan behandel je mensen zo vond het echt schandalig) en ik kon weer gaan. Ik heb al een paar keer een huis gekocht ( weleenswaar niet via deze makelaar) maar die namen even persoonlijk de tijd voor je, kreeg ik een bos bloemen en een flesje wijn, het gaat me er niet om dat ik wat moet krijgen maar een beetje persoonlijke aandacht zou fijn zijn geweest. Ik raad dit makelaarskantoor dan ook zeker niet aan.
