Once they have the money, they'll just laugh at you if THEY make a mistake that prevents you from insuring your new house and therefore being able to transfer it... UGH!!!! Realize who you are dealing with when you choose Bosrijck... truly unheard of for the amount they charge. They really do nothing. Houses sell themselves, and this party benefits greatly from that.

07 Dec 2025Actually, we ended up at OpenDeur without too much comparative material, partly due to the positive reviews. It's a young company with modern systems at a fixed commission rate. For example, you get a group-whatsapp with the real estate agent and several other colleagues, and in the online system you can precisely see who comes to view the property when, a short description of the people and also directly which offers come in. Overall, we are satisfied with OpenDeur! We did find that we had to check (and improve) a lot ourselves, such as the floor plan and sales text, but we understand from others that this is the case with more real estate agents as well. The photos have really turned out beautifully, especially the night photography! The open house on Saturday had to be guided by us ourselves, which felt a bit 'easy' from the real estate agent's side and occasionally we would have liked more advice instead of objective answers to our questions. All in all, we are satisfied with OpenDeur and have sold our house to our satisfaction! I would recommend OpenDeur.
