Date unknownA nice agency without frills and with transparent costs that don't run wild compared to other offices. Our house was sold within 2 weeks. There were so many interested parties that there were two viewing days. Julian had no voice left! Contact took place via a group app with Julian and Tamara, which was very pleasant for easily discussing the process or asking questions. This agency also has the slogan: 'Just a little different' and we noticed that too in our case. In short, we highly recommend this office!

09 Dec 2024Unfortunately, no good experience. No honest information regarding the origin of damages concerning the property. Dishonest about the way of selling; it turned out after contacting the office that they weren't going to register at all, which the realtor had claimed. And despite the fact that there was ultimately a bid and I was in negotiation, the youngest Van der Hoek suddenly let another party in between, against all rules. The house went by us. Really no good feeling left.
