I found the photographer less skilled, many photos were overexposed, and supposedly no photo of the front of the house could be taken. After 3 shoots we were finally satisfied. Positive: The guidance from both Cris and Romy was very pleasant and professional. They are among the few who use a fixed rate instead of a percentage. I can therefore highly recommend Unieker Wonen.

08 Feb 2024Jan van den Berg Real Estate perfectly helped us with the sale of our house. We are very satisfied with the expertise, communication and speed of action of this real estate agent. We wanted to sell our house quickly, and Jan, Anke and Femke did everything possible to make this happen for us. Jan is a very expert real estate agent who knows the market well and together with us determined a good sales strategy and price. With Anke and Femke we also had very pleasant contact about the styling of our house, taking photos, the texts for the website and other practical matters. It is a well-coordinated team that communicates pleasantly and quickly, and has taken excellent care of our interests and wishes. Our house ultimately only stood on Funda for one week, and was sold after consultation with Jan by means of registration, for an amount above the asking price. We would absolutely recommend Jan van den Berg as a real estate agent!
