Date unknownA nice agency without frills and with transparent costs that don't run wild compared to other offices. Our house was sold within 2 weeks. There were so many interested parties that there were two viewing days. Julian had no voice left! Contact took place via a group app with Julian and Tamara, which was very pleasant for easily discussing the process or asking questions. This agency also has the slogan: 'Just a little different' and we noticed that too in our case. In short, we highly recommend this office!

I found the photographer less skilled, many photos were overexposed, and supposedly no photo of the front of the house could be taken. After 3 shoots we were finally satisfied. Positive: The guidance from both Cris and Romy was very pleasant and professional. They are among the few who use a fixed rate instead of a percentage. I can therefore highly recommend Unieker Wonen.

31 Jul 2025Randmeer sold my parents' house in Ermelo after my father passed away and my mother could no longer live alone. I don't live nearby myself. We gave them the key and they took care of everything, energy label, viewing days, bids etc. Of course, they did call at crucial moments for consultation but I had no further involvement. They were on top of things. It was also nice that multiple people work who are aware of each other's affairs.

30 Oct 2025Everything has gone smoothly. The initial estimate that there would be a significant surplus did not turn out to be the case in practice. My house has been sold below the asking price. I ultimately made that choice myself because we had one serious buyer and there were no new viewings scheduled. My thought was that the longer a house is for sale, the fewer offers would come in. It's not an exact science.

11 May 2025I rented a bungalow from Henk, and the contract didn't mention anywhere that € 100 would be charged for the final cleaning (it was clarified that he had given me a dirty and unclean house). I've been trying for 5 months to contact him to get the money back that was left without reason. I had to go to the office, as it seems, according to what I see, this is not the first time, he never picks up the phone. He told me that I had to give him the dirty house because they had to clean it, and I made clear to him that if you give me a dirty house, I won't give it back to you shining like it should be, also that when he came to pick up the keys on the last day of the contract, he didn't say anything about the fact that the house was dirty (because it wasn't) or that part of my deposit would be withheld. After more than 5 months, I'm still waiting for this man to have the intention to answer.
