I ultimately made that choice myself because we had one serious buyer and there were no new viewings scheduled. My thought was that the longer a house is for sale, the fewer offers would come in. It's not an exact science.

Randmeer sold my parents' house in Ermelo after my father passed away and my mother could no longer live alone. I don't live nearby myself. We gave them the key and they took care of everything, energy label, viewing days, bids etc. Of course, they did call at crucial moments for consultation but I had no further involvement. They were on top of things. It was also nice that multiple people work who are aware of each other's affairs.

You can tell from everything that these are very experienced and straightforward real estate agents, who have been in the profession for decades and have grown by delivering quality. Clear agreements that they also keep. A great advantage was that they only sell existing homes, no new builds or mortgages. They do just one thing and they do it very well. They sold our house quickly and for a good price, above expectations. For now we will continue to live here, but if we ever need a broker again, we know how to find you!
