Everything the broker did for us was perfect. Directly reachable, quickly available to view the house we wanted to buy. Afterwards our own house was roughly assessed. Poor realtor guidance. The sale was simple here; the realtor didn't need to do anything, as the buyer had already decided a year ago that they needed to sell their own house first. I called the realtor myself regarding the signs for sale. So, no realtor to recommend. This is not what I expected from this realtor.

Viewing done and received little to no information or they didn't know. The floor plan drawing in the brochure was incorrect. And after submitting an offer, only received a standard email stating that we did not have the highest bid. You expect more from such an agency in this price class of houses.
