I called the realtor myself regarding the signs for sale. So, no realtor to recommend. This is not what I expected from this realtor.

Viewing done and received little to no information or they didn't know. The floor plan drawing in the brochure was incorrect. And after submitting an offer, only received a standard email stating that we did not have the highest bid. You expect more from such an agency in this price class of houses.

I don’t know what was wrong with the floor plans; we naturally checked them when we received them from the measurement office, but perhaps we overlooked something. We received many bids for this property via Move.nl, and it is also customary to announce the results in writing via Move.nl. I hope your next experience with another property will be better. A few days in this lovely tiny house to unwind. Nicely furnished with everything you need. Parking on the yard space to unload everything and be able to put a chair in the sun everywhere with a beautiful view over the meadow. We only had sunshine, but with rain you can perfectly sit inside with 2 people. By bike or by car you are quickly in the center for groceries or to visit the evening market in the summer months. Look up when these are or ask upon arrival. The owner's dog, a Bernese Mountain Dog, is very sweet and you only see him occasionally.

We found out in early January that our rental contract would not be extended. So there was quite some urgency behind our house search. During a viewing, we met Wilco from 9+ Makelaars. We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by this real estate agent. The entire process was handled quickly and the contact was very pleasant. The agent could come for an initial consultation soon, which I really appreciated. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I always received quick answers and received a clear list of required information and documents. Adjustments to the concept of the brochure were also arranged quickly. The real estate agent was well informed about the local market and came with a clear report on the interest in the type of property and other relevant information. This gave me great confidence in the pricing and sales strategy. The presentation of my home was also excellent. The brochure and photos were very neat and professionally done, presenting my home in the best possible way to potential buyers. I would therefore like to compliment the real estate agent for the work performed. All in all a very positive experience!

Great realtor! Also highly recommended for first-time homebuyers! The contact with Mark went smoothly. We received quick responses to texts or calls. Wanda quickly scheduled the viewings at a time that suited us. Mark was present at each viewing, where possible; if he couldn't be there, his colleague Reinier was present. Mark was well informed about our wishes and it was clear to us that he had passed this on to Reinier when he came along. During the viewings, they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property in question, and after each viewing, a calculation for a bidding advice was quickly made. After our offer was accepted, we were also well guided through the subsequent process (a process that was quite unclear to us as first-time homebuyers). We have never regretted our decision to hire a purchasing agent and choosing Fundament Makelaars!

The photo and film session was professionally directed. The presentation on the various media platforms was carefully and thoughtfully compiled.
