Erg slordig deze makelaar. Wil je een huis bezichtigen van deze makelaar lijkt het wel of ze niet willen verkopen. Door ons werk kunnen we bepaalde dagen kijken maar daar schijnen ze niets mee te doen. Er moet gekeken worden of ze het voor elkaar kunnen krijgen een bezichtiging op die dagen Meerdere keren gebeld om afspraak te maken. Zouden terug gebeld worden.......maar kan he die mop al???? Nog steeds niet gebeld helaas.

Beste heer Mulder, Wat vervelend om te lezen dat u onze communicatie rondom het plannen van een bezichtiging zo heeft ervaren. Dat is uiteraard niet de service die wij willen bieden. Bij het inplannen van bezichtigingen zijn wij regelmatig afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van bewoners, verkopers en reeds ingeplande afspraken. Dat neemt niet weg dat een terugkoppeling altijd duidelijk en tijdig hoort te zijn. Wij hebben uw gegevens nagekeken in ons CRM-systeem, maar kunnen in de afgelopen drie maanden geen aanvraag op naam van familie Mulder terugvinden. Mogelijk is er sprake van een misverstand of is de aanvraag onder een andere naam gedaan. Wij kijken graag na wat hier precies is gebeurd. At the beginning of 2024, we purchased a holiday home with a casco on park Harderwold, with the aim to rent it out. Due to a move to the US and because we couldn't find our way in the rental conditions of the park, we decided at the end of 2024 to sell the property. Real estate agent Dop advised us to lower the asking price by €80,000, because otherwise, according to him, the property would be unsellable including Costs Koper. Based on his expertise, we adjusted the price, after which the property was quickly sold. During the sales process, there were signals that there might not be any Costs Koper, because the property was not yet officially in use and was not being rented out. Nevertheless, the real estate agent remained of the opinion that Costs Koper would still apply. In the meantime, more than a year later, it turns out that no Costs Koper were applied and as expected this will also not happen anymore. In hindsight, this had major financial consequences for us. When we raised this with the real estate agent, he said it was annoying that we were not satisfied, but he did not take responsibility for the given advice and its consequences. Our request to reconsider (part of) the commission was rejected.
