Dat heeft het verdere proces geen goed gedaan. Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in deze werkwijze en had meer professionaliteit en neutraliteit verwacht.

The cooperation with Angenita went extremely smoothly and relaxed. She is, as far as we are concerned, the perfect combination of expertise, professionalism and friendliness. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this company. Last week, I was still able to attend a viewing at the last minute. I would be called if there were any cancellations, but I had to chase it myself, which barely worked out. During the phone call, I was promised that I would receive information about the house in question. Never happened. But okay, I understand that they were very busy and I could still participate at the last minute. Had a good viewing and was treated neatly and professionally. For that, two stars. But during the viewing as well, I was promised that I would still receive information about the house. Again, it never happened. But today I received an email saying that the house has already been sold because there was an offer they couldn’t refuse. I don't think that's very classy. I understand that the market is fast and crazy now, and it’s not about me ‘losing’ out. But now I had even less of a chance since I didn’t have any information about what potential options there were regarding when or how to bid. So yes, a shame and next time please do what was promised.

Angenita is a 'one of a kind' real estate agent. In the past year, I have experienced many viewings by different agents who usually set up their sales process in the same way. Not so with Angenita; she is personal, always reachable, very communicative, no question is too much, and knows how to convey your home with the right feeling. In conversation, she delves further into the house so that she can answer all questions from interested parties. She is visibly involved in both us as sellers but also in the buyer. She remains personally involved throughout the entire process and connects parties to each other. Should we ever consider selling again, we don't need to look for another real estate agent but know exactly who we will engage. Just one more thing: I saw a review where someone described her as 'worthless'. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I can perfectly imagine that there are also people who do not connect with the way Angenita carries out her process. But to describe a simple review with one word without any justification as to why someone experienced it this way, I find at least remarkable.
