A second viewing was also always possible, which we saw as a great added value. It gave us the chance to make a well-considered offer. At the beginning of this year, we were able to purchase a beautiful detached house through Jasper, which we are incredibly happy with. Jasper also took care of the sale of our own home. Every interested party had the opportunity to view the property and submit an offer, as Jasper does not work with viewing stops. We found that a great advantage. The communication throughout the entire process was very pleasant. Jasper is friendly, responds quickly and coordinates everything well with you. In short, we are very satisfied with the collaboration and can wholeheartedly recommend Jasper as a real estate agent!

Jasper Huisman is promoting himself with good photos, a fun video and a good story. He gives his clients the same opportunity and advocates fair bidding. What was really nice for us as sellers were the short lines via app and phone. We can definitely recommend him.

And in the higher segment there would have been more visits than you were at the bottom end. The realtor didn't find my price realistic and I went along with it because he should be the expert. After an initial shock offer where you would have had a stroke so quickly bad. Adjusted the strategy more towards how I wanted it and still got somewhat more. I am personally of the opinion of men…

Date unknownDidn't tell everything that needed to be told during the house viewing. And if you ask for documents, you receive them much too late. Building report arranged and paid for in vain. And then the seller tells you that a meter of the front garden belongs to the municipality, later it turns out that half of the garden is well over 3 meters from the municipality. 339 euros taken from our noses, due to careless work by the real estate agent. We did receive an apology and they admitted their mistake, but it would be nice if he paid the 339 euros as a plaster on the wound. But they don't have that decency. A. Hoekstra
