Date unknownIn 2019 we bought a house through this broker, but he forgot to mention that he also sold municipal land with it, as a result we have been having problems with the Municipality for more than three years, but he doesn't want to know anything about it, ignores our emails, while he knew that, but still asks extra money above the asking price. To this day we have heard nothing from the broker, he responds to nothing on Phone or email, I have filed a complaint with the umbrella organization of brokers. My costs are already 3000 euro with the Municipality as well, that broker will pay left or right somehow. At this moment everything is settled with the Municipality, but broker Woltjer does not pay, plays dumb, doesn't even respond to emails from a Lawyer, but I am going to arrange it myself. He will pay left or right.

In that respect they are a bit too lax, as far as I am concerned. They also try to play potential buyers against each other by saying that people are close together and bidding again, while this is not actually the case. We only found out later when the bids became visible.

Mr. Wolter goes behind our backs to still have other people make offers despite the agreement. They are told that they get the house as a joke, literally. Unfortunately, you are no longer participating. So if you want to be scammed, take this realtor. Please note, this is not resentment because we made too low an offer or because we didn't get the house. The selling party’s final proposal, we accepted completely without deducting anything from it. It's purely about the dirty, filthy game played by this realtor – NOT A METER TO BE TRUSTED, his word is worth less than zero. So WATCH OUT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED LIKE THIS, otherwise run away quickly.

We had to ask everything ourselves and at one point he even started sitting on his phone. 26 Feb 2023We had a bad experience with this real estate agent. They were the selling agent for the house that we purchased. Very passive attitude, no decisive action. Information was withheld, or not shared. This only came to light when we pursued it ourselves. The house was left with a lot of junk and filth. And when we reported all of this, we received another passive, nonchalant response.

After a tour of my house, I already received a preliminary market value verbally, allowing me to proceed with my mortgage advisor. Time was pressing a little, but within no time the report was ready. That went very smoothly too. The different steps we had to take were explained to us and a beautiful brochure was created. As far as I can assess, she also guided the prospective buyers well and maintained good contact with the buyer's agents. She was closely involved in the settlement of the sale. 26 Feb 2022For 10 years, our company building has been for sale, in recent years being assigned to a different realtor, absolutely no feedback after viewings, I had to call them to follow up. During a home visit at our table discussing how to proceed, their phone was more important than our conversation to find a solution for the sale. Several times potential buyers stood at the door without the realtor showing up and he was also unreachable by phone. The neighbor across the street offered these people coffee! According to my realtor, the property was well in the market, the photos didn't need updating (10 years old). Anyone who wanted to view could make an appointment, eventually my realtor became so annoyed with this that he called me saying he did not want to continue with it, I had to upgrade the building for €70,000 (roof would be rotten, replace window frames etc.) to get it back on the market. The roof is only 10 years old. Subsequently, he would introduce a viewer stop if we started the renovation. He did not receive my agreement, no more viewers seen !!!!! Go and retrieve the story, no solution, found another realtor, sold within 5 weeks! Last Friday I was contacted by phone by the owner of VSO, had to pay withdrawal costs? Collection agency sent after me! Today I went to retrieve the story, had an appointment with the owner, I was called a liar, the realtor who sold my property was also not trustworthy! I kept my honor and paid the bill and left with the statement that I would never set foot in this place again. People, do your benefit from this!

Regarding the withdrawal, we made agreements in the service agreement about the withdrawal costs (including the costs for photography and Funda). These had not been paid after six months, which is why we contacted you. Once again, we regret that you are dissatisfied, but we wish you all the best.
