11 Oct 2025At first, everything seemed well organized: friendly contact and clear information. We have recorded both verbal and written agreements, but ultimately little of that came to fruition. Agreements are simply not being followed through on. That is not only disappointing, but also unreliable and unprofessional. After such a promising start, I absolutely did not expect this. Too bad you apparently only discover after some time how poorly they keep their word. Not recommended.

Date unknownIn 2019 we bought a house through this broker, but he forgot to mention that he also sold municipal land with it, as a result we have been having problems with the Municipality for more than three years, but he doesn't want to know anything about it, ignores our emails, while he knew that, but still asks extra money above the asking price. Well, we will not buy or sell a house through Woltjer again, honesty is always the best policy. To this day we have heard nothing from the broker, he responds to nothing on Phone or email, I have filed a complaint with the umbrella organization of brokers. My costs are already 3000 euro with the Municipality as well, that broker will pay left or right somehow. At this moment everything is settled with the Municipality, but broker Woltjer does not pay, plays dumb, doesn't even respond to emails from a Lawyer, but I am going to arrange it myself. He will pay left or right.

Date unknownFriendly realtor, has a lot of information about the houses but after the bid it takes very long before you are informed that you haven't been selected. In that respect they are a bit too lax, as far as I am concerned. They also try to play potential buyers against each other by saying that people are close together and bidding again, while this is not actually the case. We only found out later when the bids became visible.

Date unknownWhile looking for a house, we encountered this selling real estate agent during a viewing and I was very disappointed about how little he knew about the property and told us about it. We had to ask everything ourselves and at one point he even started sitting on his phone. Furthermore, the information he gave in response to questions was a bit strange because 5 minutes later the answer suddenly seemed completely different. Professionalism is lacking as far as we are concerned. Afterwards, I discovered that this was notably the owner of this company. We feel that not everyone is treated equally as a potential buyer.

26 Feb 2023We had a bad experience with this real estate agent. They were the selling agent for the house that we purchased. Very passive attitude, no decisive action. Information was withheld, or not shared. This only came to light when we pursued it ourselves. The house was left with a lot of junk and filth. And when we reported all of this, we received another passive, nonchalant response.

After a tour of my house, I already received a preliminary market value verbally, allowing me to proceed with my mortgage advisor. Time was pressing a little, but within no time the report was ready. That went very smoothly too. The different steps we had to take were explained to us and a beautiful brochure was created. As far as I can assess, she also guided the prospective buyers well and maintained good contact with the buyer's agents. She was closely involved in the settlement of the sale. Everything went perfectly, so we still look back on it with a good feeling. Thank you.
