The real estate agent who guided me was expert, clear and always correct. His communication was clear and to the point, which has greatly contributed to a smooth process. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend VSO. Especially also to people in Dronten: don't let yourself be deterred – it can seriously save you a lot of money. A tip I gladly give: feel free to carry out the viewings yourself. Many potential buyers actually appreciate that personal approach. I certainly have not regretted it for a moment!

Just like other reviewers, I had a bad experience with this real estate agent in the Amersfoort region. When purchasing the property, several hidden defects were present that had not been reported and were explicitly denied in writing while VSO was aware of them. For example, there was water damage to the floor, which was not subsequently indicated in the questionnaire that the agent was aware of. Transparency and care were clearly lacking in this process. Edit, respond to the following reaction from VSO; 1) We have not received any compensation from the sellers, mediation has failed here. 2) We were insulted on the phone by the VSO real estate agent (Mr. Stoeten) as a reaction to this review. To all readers; this nice reaction from the office does not match the practice. 3) There was incorrect information given in the questionnaires and documentation, where VSO made a mistake.

We have had very good contact with our real estate agent, both in the sale of our own home and in the purchase of our new home. We had a bad experience with this real estate agent. They were the selling agent for the house that we purchased. Very passive attitude, no decisive action. Information was withheld, or not shared. This only came to light when we pursued it ourselves. The house was left with a lot of junk and filth. And when we reported all of this, we received another passive, nonchalant response.

Very poor appraisal by Ms. Tiesinga (Emmeloord branch). New valuation by another real estate agent differed by a hundred thousand. Very bad communication, errors in the report and denying it. Absolutely not recommended.

For 10 years, our company building has been for sale, in recent years being assigned to a different realtor, absolutely no feedback after viewings, I had to call them to follow up. During a home visit at our table discussing how to proceed, their phone was more important than our conversation to find a solution for the sale. Several times potential buyers stood at the door without the realtor showing up and he was also unreachable by phone. The neighbor across the street offered these people coffee! According to my realtor, the property was well in the market, the photos didn't need updating (10 years old). Anyone who wanted to view could make an appointment, eventually my realtor became so annoyed with this that he called me saying he did not want to continue with it, I had to upgrade the building for €70,000 (roof would be rotten, replace window frames etc.) to get it back on the market. The roof is only 10 years old. Subsequently, he would introduce a viewer stop if we started the renovation. He did not receive my agreement, no more viewers seen !!!!! Go and retrieve the story, no solution, found another realtor, sold within 5 weeks! Last Friday I was contacted by phone by the owner of VSO, had to pay withdrawal costs? Collection agency sent after me! Today I went to retrieve the story, had an appointment with the owner, I was called a liar, the realtor who sold my property was also not trustworthy! I kept my honor and paid the bill and left with the statement that I would never set foot in this place again. People, do your benefit from this!

Helma Timmer has excellently helped and guided us with the sale of our homes, two over the past year. From Mr. Herbert Dubbelink, an offer has been made without a time limit. Unfortunately, this man withdraws the counteroffer within a few days. Moreover, he tells lies about not having or being able to get financial means. This man does not work so it should. Advice: do not do business with him! After 2 weeks unfortunately nothing has been resolved. Only explained how Vso real estate agents work. However, this is against the rules according to NVM. This agent is driving up the price and does not take into account the rules according to NVM. This is the worst real estate agent you can encounter. Avoid this real estate agent! At the end of October we heard that our offer was withdrawn. We are now more than 2 months further and the house is still under offer. In other words, bids can still be made. This real estate agent ignores all rules at his feet. Do not do business with him because you will be deceived, just like us. There is still nothing resolved and it will not be resolved anymore. So the reaction below is also incorrect! Do not do business with him!

The unexpected death of my mother last year brought a lot of arrangements with it. Including the sale of her house. Because my brother lives in California, everything also had to happen very quickly. The involvement and decisive action of the VSO realtor meant a great deal to us.

We bought a house through VSO brokers, with multiple hidden defects (leaking boiler, damaged laminate flooring, leaking faucets and broken shower). These problems should have been mentioned. The agent Ms. De Bruijn does not respond to any email - and we see no other option than to take legal action. VSO brokers lacks the professionalism you expect from a recognized broker. Now I don't blame VSO broker for there being hidden defects. What I do strongly blame, are the empty promises of 'calling back' - never happened. Emails that receive no response after 2 weeks. That is my complaint - I can’t hold the agent responsible for hidden defects, but do expect adequate and prompt responses.
