Er waren wat onduidelijkheden maar deze zijn keurig opgelost. Verder zeer tevreden of de de afhandeling en begeleiding van de verkoop van mijn woning

Hij belooft goede verkoop prijsen, maar als eind reseltaat komt hij totaal niet bij die prijs. Geeft ook verkeerde adviessen. Jammer dat we voor hen hadden gekozen.

Actief de woning meerdere keren in de belangstelling gezet, iedere kandidaat werd met ons gedeeld en het resultaat van een bezichtiging werd gelijk met ons gedeeld. Wisten waar we aan toe waren en heeft uiteindelijk de woning vlot tegen een goede prijs verkocht.

Friendly realtor, has a lot of information about the houses but after the bid it takes very long before you are informed that you haven't been selected. In that respect they are a bit too lax, as far as I am concerned. They also try to play potential buyers against each other by saying that people are close together and bidding again, while this is not actually the case. We only found out later when the bids became visible.

I would like to take a moment to thank Sigrid for her wonderful hospitality. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a warm welcome. The care and attention to detail were clearly visible. The coffee was not only delicious, but also served with care: sugar and a spoon were already ready, just as they should be. Sigrid even went a step further by spontaneously offering to clean everything up for us. She radiated friendliness and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. Truly a top woman!

Unfortunately, not possible to give 0 stars. House bought, congratulations, sales agreement closed, how nice. Mr. Wolter goes behind our backs to still have other people make offers despite the agreement. They are told that they get the house as a joke, literally. Unfortunately, you are no longer participating. So if you want to be scammed, take this realtor. Please note, this is not resentment because we made too low an offer or because we didn't get the house. The selling party’s final proposal, we accepted completely without deducting anything from it. It's purely about the dirty, filthy game played by this realtor – NOT A METER TO BE TRUSTED, his word is worth less than zero. So WATCH OUT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED LIKE THIS, otherwise run away quickly.

In 2019 we bought a house through this broker, but he forgot to mention that he also sold municipal land with it, as a result we have been having problems with the Municipality for more than three years, but he doesn't want to know anything about it, ignores our emails, while he knew that, but still asks extra money above the asking price. Well, we will not buy or sell a house through Woltjer again, honesty is always the best policy. To this day we have heard nothing from the broker, he responds to nothing on Phone or email, I have filed a complaint with the umbrella organization of brokers. My costs are already 3000 euro with the Municipality as well, that broker will pay left or right somehow. At this moment everything is settled with the Municipality, but broker Woltjer does not pay, plays dumb, doesn't even respond to emails from a Lawyer, but I am going to arrange it myself.
