He thoroughly familiarizes himself, even if landscape and zoning plans are hundreds of pages long, he knows how to pick out the details. If I were to start another real estate project that fits within Drieklomp's portfolio, I will call him directly. Highly recommended!

The short lines with Niels, Paulien and the rest of the team we found very pleasant. We were actively involved in thinking along with us and regularly consulted, with open communication, clear expectations and (fortunately) also plenty of humor and a personal approach. Moreover, our experiences with the external team that took care of the photos, video and energy label were also positive. Highly recommended for an appraisal, sale or purchase of a property.
