The price was certainly not too high. Knew Nunspeet very well but had expected the house to be sold for a higher price. The communication around the viewings was reasonable. Always friendly. All in all quite satisfied!

House purchased through this realtor. Despite his friendly demeanor and courtesy, this realtor proved to have no integrity at all. Everything was done to paint a completely false picture of reality. Even resorting to absolute lies. I am very disappointed in the way this realtor operates and advise everyone to be very critical and to conduct thorough research at the first sign of doubt. It was so serious for us that I am now still considering legal action. As an addition after response from realtor: living next to a hospitality establishment has nothing to do with deliberately falsely stating the type of nuisance we could face without Covid measures, as well as the lack of a working oven, not mentioning the noise pollution from cooling systems, the rot in the window frames that was not noticed by the painter, the fact that a second buyer had already given up long ago, and so on, I could go on. The problem, and that is what I am trying to warn future buyers about, is the choice to deliberately paint an unrealistic picture of the object being sold.
