The next day, our realtor was called again to hear that the house had suddenly been sold to someone else. Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. I therefore cannot judge otherwise, Ronald is a real estate agent with a huge (?)

Due to the short lines at Hofstee, our house was already photographed for sale by Friday. After approval from our side regarding the photos, the video, and the accompanying text, our house was already placed on Funda for the following weekend. Having had multiple viewings in a week, we saw the bids on Monday. We are convinced that Jan's open and pleasant attitude during the viewings and Marrit's always alert and attentive attitude at the office ensured that we were able to sell our house to great satisfaction.
