The next day, our realtor was called again to hear that the house had suddenly been sold to someone else. Legally, it might be possible and permissible, but I don't consider it a proper way of doing business. A man is a man, a word is a word.

Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. I therefore cannot judge otherwise, Ronald is a real estate agent with a huge (?)

29 Dec 2024On Monday we bought a house, on Tuesday afternoon we called Marrit and she made sure that Jan came to our home on Wednesday. Due to the short lines at Hofstee, our house was already photographed for sale by Friday. After approval from our side regarding the photos, the video, and the accompanying text, our house was already placed on Funda for the following weekend. Having had multiple viewings in a week, we saw the bids on Monday. We are convinced that Jan's open and pleasant attitude during the viewings and Marrit's always alert and attentive attitude at the office ensured that we were able to sell our house to great satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed of developments: after the viewings, we were called to let us know how it had gone and what the expectations were. If we had a question, we could always contact Marrit and Jan, both by phone and email. We are very happy that we went with Hofstee and will recommend them to everyone who wants to sell their house.
