Beautiful photos are being taken and a beautiful video is made. You are taken along in all the steps and receive updates on the viewings. Date unknownWith great regret, I had my house appraised by Angela a few months ago. The received appraisal report displayed photos of another object, while she herself made the photos of our house. I have asked her twice by phone to correct this. Instead of an amended version, I received an invoice. How can you make such a big mistake? She is really unprofessional. She occasionally drifts off into dreamland 😴💭. Angela is only concerned with money and not quality.

Date unknownPeople beware! Do not go into business with Ms. Vastgoed! We had a very bad experience with Angela as an agent. She accepted the assignment to sell our new-build home. She set the asking price too high and after a week of no response, she lowered the asking price. From day one we were correcting her, think of unprofessional photos and incorrect texts on funda. She scheduled the viewings two weeks later, which resulted in people not showing up. During her vacation/free days she had no replacement and brought everything to a standstill. In the same complex, three apartments had already been sold within that period by another agent. After eight weeks we decided to withdraw the assignment; she sent us an invoice of €1500 as termination costs. This is something you don't experience anywhere in the Netherlands. She threatened us with immediate payment, otherwise she would remove the house from Funda. We had agreed on a brokerage fee of 1.5% for good and smooth service, while her price is 1%. At Ms. Vastgoed it’s not about quality and service, but only about money. In many cases she also charges the entire brokerage amount upon termination, this is pure fraud! We had eight weeks of stressful and wasted time with this agent. And it cost us a total of €2200 for nothing. People don't fall for it and do not do business with her.

26 Mar 2025Van Dijk Real Estate is friendly and easily accessible, but our experience was ultimately disappointing. During the purchase process, everything seemed to be going smoothly, but on the day of transfer, it became clear how biased the real estate agent was towards the selling party. The property was not delivered empty and clean: there were still shelves and racks hanging on the wall, while it was clearly agreed that these would be removed. In addition, there were still lists, plant pots and other items left behind, and the garden was full of waste, broken glass and rubble. When we pointed this out during the final inspection before key transfer with the seller and the real estate agent, the seller reacted curtly that we shouldn't “nitpick,” and the real estate agent immediately took her side by saying that it wasn’t necessary to continue on this point. Notably, the real estate agent and seller indicated that they knew each other well and had bought and sold several properties together before. This perhaps explained why the real estate agent so clearly sided with the seller. In addition, we received incorrect information about the property, which further worsened our experience. We would not recommend Van Dijk Real Estate to buyers who expect fair and neutral guidance.

Rather strange if you advise a construction to the purchasing party and then subsequently makes those same purchasers pay more because the construction didn't work. And blames the purchasers for everything in the story.

Unjustified NVM logo, but the NVM itself also conducts bad business since they have no say in the matters concerning Sinke Kampen. As long as Sinke transfers a monthly amount to NVM to be allowed to display the label on the website and funda. Lying and deception is how they sell their houses with good profit. Beware!

Unjustified NVM logo, but the NVM itself also conducts bad business since they have no say in the matters concerning Sinke Kampen. As long as Sinke transfers a monthly amount to NVM to be allowed to display the label on the website and funda. Lying and deception is how they sell their houses with good profit. Beware!

09 Dec 2023Unfortunately, we bought a house with a Sinke, or Alpina, sign in the garden. It turned out that many things were not as described and told by Jeroen Hofstede. It's a shame they give people such an experience. You preferably buy a house as agreed. If you were to buy something from Alpina, I would advise taking a good purchasing broker with knowledge of rights within this industry.

Most of the real estate agents I came across were lazy, didn't keep appointments, were difficult to reach, didn’t do viewings on weekends or evenings, and didn't know their properties. I ended up with Eric through a viewing of a property and immediately felt good. That is why I asked him to also sell my own house. Eric understands his profession. He exudes calmness and professionalism when you make an appointment or call him. He takes the time to explain things clearly. Even in a time when houses almost sell themselves, he puts himself optimally at work and offers excellent service. Think for example of accessibility for both potential buyers and for me as a seller. A small bouquet of flowers (as a service of the company) on the table for the photoshoot so it looks more homely or a little boost via social media to get the property well under attention. He delves into the house and actually knows the property he sells. Eric is a strict negotiator in the interest of the seller, but remains realistic in his advice and doesn’t lose the goodwill factor of the buyer. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

Two weeks ago, an appointment was made to view a property, communication via telephone was fine. We were present at the agreed time, but Mr. Manche simply didn't show up. We left multiple voicemails. Three-quarters of an hour later, he called with a rather weak excuse that he had completely forgotten about it because he was moving. Dear Mr., I think nowadays we have mobile phones that can remind us when we have an appointment. After that, Mr. Manche even had the audacity to ask if we were still interested in making another appointment. Well, Mr. Manche, we don't do business with a broker who forgets appointments, especially not in the professional area of his own company. This isn’t just our story, but also something that has happened around us from personal experience.

Date unknownA realtor who doesn't understand their profession. Enthusiastic about selling themselves, but afterwards you find out that no agreements can be kept. Candidates who request viewing appointments multiple times and don't receive a response for days or at all. Not to mention the administrative side of things. A legal department saying there are errors in the purchase contract twice doesn't really seem credible. What a shame! **** And then also responding with: that, in their opinion, no assignment has been carried out. That says enough I think.
