De makelaar heeft mij gedurende het hele proces goed begeleid en geadviseerd. Hij regelde een hoop zaken, wat voor mij belangrijk was omdat ik ten tijde van de verkoop in het buitenland was. Hij ging op een respectvolle manier om met de huurders die nog in het huis zaten en ook met de kijkers/kopers. Hij heeft duidelijk plezier in zijn werk en gaf (wellicht daardoor) een service die uitstekend was. Ik zou deze makelaar zeker aanbevelen.

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben onze eerste woning gekocht bij Van Amerom Makelaardij en zijn uiterst tevreden over het proces! Tom streefde ernaar om het beste uit de koop te halen voor zowel de verkoper als de koper, en dat is gelukt! De communicatie was glashelder en er werd ontzettend veel met ons meegedacht. Veel contact gehad met Tom en adviezen gekregen over de inrichting voor foto's en bezichtigingen. Zelfs met een drone zijn er foto's vanuit de lucht gemaakt. Tom is prettig in de omgang en denkt goed met je mee. Heeft veel kennis van de lokale markt.

Ik kan deze makelaar niet genoeg aanbevelen! Vanaf het eerste contact tot de afronding van de verkoop heb ik ervaren hoe toegewijd en betrokken Herold en Margot waren. Ze gingen altijd tot het uiterste om me zo goed mogelijk te helpen, en dat gaf me echt het gevoel dat ik in goede handen was. Of het nu ging om bezichtigingen, het beantwoorden van vragen, of het geven van eerlijk advies, deze makelaar stond altijd voor me klaar. Ze waren professioneel en tegelijk persoonlijk betrokken, en dat maakte het hele proces een stuk minder stressvol.
