The contact between us was fine. Initially, estimated costs for the mediation were between 5,000 and 6,000 euros, actual costs were 7,400 euros, which we found disappointing. But good work was delivered nonetheless; the photo reportage on Funda also looked good.

We did not have a pleasant experience with this real estate agent. We had our eye on a property after the viewing and when we signed the agreement. In the brochure, many things were not checked that were essential to know. As a result, we encountered problems with the sellers for four months. Eventually, it seemed like everything was going well but we heard nothing more from this real estate agent. Also, the sold object suddenly disappeared from the internet? With this real estate agent, you really need an opposing agent! Luckily, we were able to terminate the purchase! We did not receive any apologies from him. Good luck with the new sale of L... 3 in Heino. With two bedrooms in De Bakhuis? That was the funniest part.

Very deficient communication. The scheduled viewing appointment that was made 5 days prior turned out to be cancelled upon arrival at the address by DW without this message being communicated to us. Upon inquiry with DW - because we were standing in front of a closed door - it appeared that the appointment had been cancelled because the house had already been sold.
