Be very careful with this company, especially when it comes to appraisals. With my appraisal, they completely missed the mark. No sign of insight or interest was shown. The price difference between their appraisal and that of the 2 selling brokers amounted to as much as 60 thousand euros. I could write a detailed story, but ultimately it will be a matter of his word against mine. I want to emphasize: think carefully before doing business with this company. Update : Speaking of carefulness, it has nothing to do with my personal opinion or disappointment.
