During the search for a new home, I became increasingly worried about selling my own house. Most of the real estate agents I came across were lazy, didn't keep appointments, were difficult to reach, didn’t do viewings on weekends or evenings, and didn't know their properties. I ended up with Eric through a viewing of a property and immediately felt good. That is why I asked him to also sell my own house. Eric understands his profession. He exudes calmness and professionalism when you make an appointment or call him. He takes the time to explain things clearly. Even in a time when houses almost sell themselves, he puts himself optimally at work and offers excellent service. Think for example of accessibility for both potential buyers and for me as a seller. A small bouquet of flowers (as a service of the company) on the table for the photoshoot so it looks more homely or a little boost via social media to get the property well under attention. He delves into the house and actually knows the property he sells. Eric is a strict negotiator in the interest of the seller, but remains realistic in his advice and doesn’t lose the goodwill factor of the buyer. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

This 'brokerage' or 'property management', if you can even call it that, isn't even worth one star. Two weeks ago, an appointment was made to view a property, communication via telephone was fine. We were present at the agreed time, but Mr. Manche simply didn't show up. We left multiple voicemails. Three-quarters of an hour later, he called with a rather weak excuse that he had completely forgotten about it because he was moving. Dear Mr., I think nowadays we have mobile phones that can remind us when we have an appointment. After that, Mr. Manche even had the audacity to ask if we were still interested in making another appointment. Well, Mr. Manche, we don't do business with a broker who forgets appointments, especially not in the professional area of his own company. This isn’t just our story, but also something that has happened around us from personal experience.
