Every sale has its own emotions and Huis-Expert knows how to deal with that. We handle everything around the sale of your house. We are a NVM real estate office and to sell your home we use all modern online tools, multiple websites and media attention on Facebook, etc. To give your home a good position on Funda, we place 360 degree photos, digital floor plans, height photos with a drone and a video. Your home therefore gets a higher position on Funda and is viewed more quickly and for longer periods of time. That means more chance of sale and a higher selling price. For all buyers we arrange the sale via Move.nl. A transparent sale where everyone can see how much has been offered. We would be happy to come by your home at your convenience to explain our possibilities and sales plan. Huis-Expert is a NVM Register appraiser and appraises among other things for the NWWI. All mortgage lenders in the Netherlands agree to the reports drawn up by Huis-Expert (validated). The area of work is Emmen, Coevorden and Borger-Odoorn. The team consists of NVM Register Real Estate Agent/Appraiser Ruud Levelink, NVM real estate agent I/O Giel Lucassen and NVM Real Estate Agent I/O Bianca Gouwerok. Our office offers wide opening hours: from Monday to Friday we are open from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. Appointments or viewings are also possible at our office outside these hours.
