Helemaal vlg verwachting goede begeleiding. Werd goed op de hoogte gehouden. Altijd bereikbaar. Zeker een makelaar om aan te bevelen.

Deze woning viel eigenlijk buiten mijn zoekopdracht op Funda. Dankzij deze makelaar kwam deze onder mijn aandacht en het bleek het perfecte huis te zijn.

Willem heeft ons super goed geholpen met de aankoop van ons huis. Top makelaar verstaat zijn vak en is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.

Goed inzicht qua prijs en aanpak. Daarbij is Willem een fijne en nuchtere makelaar.

Een fijne makelaar die de tijd voor ons had. We hebben Willem vaker gezien dan nodig, en dat geeft een fijn gevoel. Elke klant is belangrijk, en Willem snapt dat. Verder heeft Willem ons nooit lang laten wachten op koop contracten oid. Hij staat echt voor je klaar!

Alleen maar lovende woorden voor dhr. Willemsen. Dankzij hem heb ik de woning kunnen kopen die ik zo graag wilde. Hij is zeer deskundig, ziet dingen die ik niet zie, attendeert me op belangrijke zaken en is zeer prettig en eerlijk in de omgang. Neemt de tijd om al m'n vragen te beantwoorden en regelt ook nog alle papierwerk. Zeer aan te bevelen als aankoop- of verkoopmakelaar.

Heel jammer dat het contact verdwijnt, terwijl je bod is geaccepteerd en een paar dagen later het pand op funda staat als nieuw aanbod. Het was onder voorbehoud verkocht op voorwaarde van het regelen van het energielabel die er niet is en het kadaster dat niet klopt. En dan is er niets meer. Vreemde werkwijze en daarom geen vertrouwen in deze makelaar.

Willem ziet er misschien een beetje uit als een 'snelle jongen', maar hij is erg meedenkend, betrokken en haalt alles uit de kast om je goed van dienst te zijn. Daarnaast zijn zijn tarieven meer dan redelijk. Een prima, klein makelaarskantoor

Goed bereikbaar, kan snel schakelen, en heeft ons prima geholpen tijdens het gehele traject (netwerk gebruikt voor taxatie, notaris, hypotheekadvies)

Goed contact! Hele korte lijntjes en fijne communicatie. Het was een korte en geslaagde zoektocht!.

Willem is een zeer prettig persoon, die verstand heeft van zaken. Hij is snel en transparant en regelt alles (foto's, documenten) snel. Hij heeft in 1,5 week mijn huis verkocht voor een erg goeie prijs. Dit is de 2de keer dat ik zaken met Willem doe en ook deze keer weer erg goed bevallen.

Het is een man die zich niet snel gek laat maken en hij kan out of the box denken. Het contact via een gezamenlijke app-groep verliep soepel.

Willem zit er bovenop schakelt snel en denkt mee. Wil wellicht iets te snel of te graag de deal maken.

Wij waren al bekend met Herreveld en de Vogel dus contact verliep heel soepel. Stond open voor input en had goede ideeën. Verkoop ging soepel, open en eerlijk.

Het zijn toch altijd grote dingen in je leven huizen kopen/verkopen en het is fijn als je een kundig iemand naast je hebt staan om je door het oerwoud van de huizenmarkt te begeleiden

Bezichtiging aangevraagd. Makelaar kon absoluut geen bezichtiging inplannen in de komende 2 weken. 2 dagen voor de bezichtiging. Goedkoop mailtje via info dat woning verkocht is en bezichtiging niet door kon gaan. Niet transparant en onbetrouwbaar. Slechte zaak!

Plezierige makelaar en fijn om mee samen te werken en zeer een aanrader. Persoonlijk contact was erg fijn. Je bent hier geen nummer maar klant.
