So it started like this: we are expats and it's been 2 years since we’ve lived in the Netherlands. And we met Jaap during our search for a place to buy. And he is really helpful and the best thing is that he truly understands your choice and knows how to deal with the selling party and can really pay attention to defects and other issues in the houses that could influence the bid amount, and he has real experience doing that. He really helped us while we were looking for houses and he was proactive and very responsive and at the same time friendly. Also, he supported us enormously throughout the entire process with essentially translating the purchase documents and other documents from Dutch. He is very professional and transparent. I would recommend him 100% to other people. With him, it only took 1 month and 2 bids to secure our favorite place.
