First-rate advisor. Clear on what the goal is, sometimes take big steps, but arrange everything properly.
Not going into business with this realtor. My findings are below: - Initial appointment was €1250 setup costs. During the visit it was €12,500. - They say they have a large network and probably also buyers but I first have to sign for setup costs - After discussion about €12,500 and high cottage fee of €50,000 on object of €810,000, the setup costs of €1250 could be - After paying setup costs complete radio silence. She still wanted me to sign an addendum stating that if I were to leave, I would still have to pay the cottage fee. - Then no advice, nothing online and placing the problem on me because the permits were not ready, which they were aware of. - After I wanted to terminate the contract, they send another invoice. My experiences. A lot of bluff, no action and unreachable after paying the deposit. Conclusion: Don't go into business with them

We viewed a house and submitted a rental application. We were told that we could get the house if we paid € 100 more per month, and if we agreed, they would send us the rental agreement. Raising the rent after a viewing seems unethical to me. To top it all off, they told five other people that they could get the house. We accepted this new rent price and said that we would sign the contract. We never heard from them again. I tried calling them, but Lars bluntly told me not to call them anymore and instead email them. A very unpleasant experience.

Real estate agent who turns out to be unreachable (constantly in conversation) and does not respond to a voicemail message. However, they do allow a mortgage advisor to call, which is of no use to you. I also discovered that you can fill in their form on Funda for a house viewing, while they no longer schedule viewings. Close that form then. Update: They responded in writing with an apology and request to remove this review.
