Bad real estate agent. During the viewing, he couldn't tell anything about the property, the plot size, etc., didn't have a folder with information about the property. When signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the questionnaire was not included (important for a house with an age clause) and now he doesn't want to provide it. You have to chase him ten times to get information or ensure that he reports a hidden defect to the seller. Literally said to me on the phone: I have nothing to do with you, I don't want to speak to you anymore, and figure out how to get the questionnaire.

The strong point of this broker is that it's very easy to discuss a transaction like selling an apartment with him. Very friendly and calm, and no pressure in any particular direction. Very bad experience with this real estate agent in the purchase of new construction. The agent did not take us seriously and did not follow up on questions correctly or incompletely. For example, questions about adjusting a window to a door were not checked with the builder. We (and other buyers) were told that this was possible. Once at the builder, it turns out that this is not possible and that Hoekstra Real Estate also never checked this. False promises therefore.
