Recently, we sold our house again through the team of Robbie and Marieke. Just like last time, this was another pleasant experience and we are extremely satisfied. You're handing over your 'greatest asset' to someone else, and it’s nice when you trust that person. The communication is clear and you are continuously kept informed about developments. Be careful with this broker. At the beginning, nice talk, but for Marieke it's only about money. And they withhold important information. If you confront her with the information, she will quickly sell the house to someone else.

Officially not a broker, and it shows. Marieke doesn't handle clear facts, critical answers, and questions well. Mrs. doesn't do her own research properly; she just wants to sell. When things get difficult, she adopts an inhumane attitude. A shame.

Clear information

How difficult can it be to answer a simple question. I have been trying for over a month and a half to obtain the NAW data of two entrepreneurs from an executive member of Buuron and Kuypers real estate, which is located in Steenbergen (NB), who would have carried out work in a property purchased by me from this realtor. The first written request within this context was completely ignored. A reminder resulted in a meaningless and evasive answer. A second was not answered at all. Apparently, the person involved (Read: the executive member) is of the opinion that after the deed has been passed and the transfer of the property, his business is concluded. After all, 'The flaps are in and the rest will be my concern'. Unfortunately, this is not my first unpleasant experience within this context with a civil servant from this company. Previously, I have also experienced something similar with a female employee. It seems that this company can continue to exist thanks to unwillingness, arrogance and the lack of morality and ethics.

For the second time I do business with them! In one word amazing, very reliable and transparent.

Poor service keeps you on hold. Tried constantly to make contact regarding a house, no response back. Also not treated well by Marieke, this must be the owner. Called today about where we stand and was told to shut my mouth. While they constantly don't call us back and provide no information about how things are, what will happen. Extremely poor service.
