The initial conversation was promising. The real estate agent assured us that there would be no costs for us, and that we were in control. Unfortunately, many costs still turned out to be involved in selling a house (as a beginner, this is of course very annoying if you don't know) The key handover was scheduled one day without my knowledge. This was done at the request of the buyers (while we 'were in control'). Plus, the list of items was no longer reviewed with us, which led to confusion and conflicts between us and the buyers.
