Because our mortgage advisor had made certain mistakes, we urgently sought an appraiser who could assess our future home on very short notice. Through the selling broker, we came into contact with Ado. He helped us enormously by being very flexible and went directly to the property the next morning (on Friday) to appraise it. We received the appraisal report immediately after the weekend. The appraisal report was very comprehensive. We are therefore very satisfied customers :-)

Contact met makelaar was uitstekend. Verwachtingen waren echter hoger. Het pand zou snel verkocht worden. Dat verliep anders. Duurde ca 5 maanden totdat het eerste bod kwam. Dit ook door de veranderende huizenmarkt.

Helaas heb ik deze makelaar als misleidend ervaren. Tijdens het biedproces werd de indruk gewekt dat er sprake was van enorme belangstelling en meerdere concurrerende biedingen, wat duidelijk druk uitoefende om hoger te bieden. Achteraf, na inzage in het biedlogboek, bleek dit niet te kloppen. Daarnaast kwam de makelaar tijdens de bezichtiging weinig professioneel over: vragen werden beperkt beantwoord en de houding vond ik eerder arrogant dan behulpzaam. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring voor ons als kopers. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat de verkopers tevreden zijn met het uiteindelijke (over)bod, maar voor kopers zou ik willen adviseren om kritisch te blijven en zich niet te snel te laten meeslepen.
