Alles werd super goed geregeld door onze makelaar. Van begin tot eind was er steeds contact. Hebben ook waardevolle tips gehad. We zijn dus erg tevreden hoe het is gelopen.

Woning is verkocht voor de prijs die gesteld werd, dus dat was goed uiteindelijk. Ook tevreden over het prijs advies, dit sloot echt wel aan op de markt. De service was echter niet wat het moest zijn. Eerst hebben we een bod zonder voorwaarden geaccepteerd. Toen bleken er weer wel voorwaarden aan te zitten, maar dat het zeker goed zou komen binnen de 6 gestelde weken. Het lag niet aan de makelaar, oké, voordeel van de twijfel. Toen werden de 6 weken niet gehaald omdat de taxate…

Zeer prettige ervaring met Kindt + Biesbroeck: vast aanspreekpunt, snel schakelen (niet alleen tijdens kantooruren - maar ook als er dringende zaken waren op andere momenten was er contact, dat kenmerkt betrokkenheid bij de klant!), persoonlijke service. I called this office more than 10 days ago to ask for contact. It was promised that someone would call back, but I never heard anything. My colleague also tried to call, but got no response either. It is particularly unfortunate that a real estate office wanting to sell properties is barely reachable. The lady at the reception was furthermore not helpful and seemed not to know how to deal with customers. Instead of listening, she tried to turn the situation around, which only made the conversation more frustrating. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this office. You are better off selling your property yourself – the chance that you get results faster seems greater to me. The score of 3.5 stars actually says enough: apparently I am not the only one with this experience.
