We also had to pay Housing Coach over 700 euros for renovating the apartment. We agreed with the housing coach agent that we would pay for repainting the wall and removing the babyproofing, but not the rest. He claimed he was very honest, but it was the honesty he himself had determined and which was never discussed with us. Instead of trying to reach an agreement, he claimed he would send a bailiff to our employers to make us pay the remainder of the bill, after we paid the agreed half that we considered fair. He never sent us proof that he started legal proceedings against us. Was it just intimidating tactics? We don't know. Therefore, request a check report before inspection to protect yourself and prevent these disputes.
