Has good knowledge of the market segment but communication did not always go as desired (we noticed this both during our purchase and later during the sale via the same real estate agent). Especially when friction arises again at the end of the sales process, it leaves a nasty aftertaste instead of a positive feeling about the completion. In our opinion, the price/quality ratio is not correct.

A few active real estate agents place standard properties too high on the market to then gradually lower them until they are (hopefully) sold. In communication with buyers, they are casual, disengaged and sometimes even very unprofessional.
