I want to report about Bosstraat 15 in Winschoten. I had a viewing at Bosstraat 15 in Winschoten and the realtor was late, and the viewing only showed half of the property to the seller. Also, regarding suspected asbestos in the attic, the realtor wants me to pay for an inspection to check if there is suspected asbestos and also to remove it. I think this is a really very bad situation. I have never experienced this as a buyer; this must be handled. For me, above the attic, suspected asbestos is n.v.t for this house and the realtor. For me, this realtor doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Initially good contact, but we still look back on a unpleasant experience. When purchasing Hoofdweg 126 A in Schildwolde, we explicitly asked Mr. Blik if there were any hidden defects and/or other shortcomings about which he had to tell us, but according to him the house was completely renovated and in perfect condition. After the structural survey, it appeared that another € 40,000 needed to be renovated. A leaking roof, an exterior wall that had to be completely replaced, multiple leaking frames, a hole in the ceiling/roof of the bathroom (you could see the air) and generally the house was in very poor condition with poor workmanship. Due to the structural survey, the purchase naturally did not go ahead, but I had expected more transparency from Mr. Blik. He certainly knew about some of these shortcomings or should have better informed himself by the selling party. The structural advisor was also disappointed because this kind of ‘botched work’ was often observed in houses belonging to the selling party (the well-known real estate trader from Slochteren). I am curious whether the next interested parties for Hoofdweg 126 A will be fully informed about the condition of the house.
