Update after the reaction below: your office was indeed called!! A colleague was supposed to pass this on and didn't do so. We explained this immediately to you as well. Strange situation with this real estate agent. If you don't cancel the appointment for a viewing within 24 hours, you must pay a fine. Sounds quite logical, however.. what do you do if you make the appointment one day in advance and a few hours later you hear that you have been given another house?! Cancelled immediately, but it wasn't possible within the 24 hours. Apparently, this real estate agent wants to push through with a viewing at all costs, even if they already know you are not going to buy this house. Apparently we should have wasted our time and the real estate agent’s time to avoid a fine. Not very customer-friendly!

In the past week, I purchased a property through Bongers and Lemmers. From the very beginning, both the real estate agent and the staff in the office took the time for me. I received honest information and advice, and after my offer was accepted, I was genuinely congratulated on my purchase. That felt very pleasant. Of course, I know that the real estate agent works for the seller; however, they also took the time for the buyer. I know that I have many questions and am afraid of overlooking something. It is the first home I arrange myself, and therefore I am quite tense. In consultation, they gave me an extra two weeks in advance to reduce the pressure emotionally. Despite the fact that this may not even be necessary. Currently, my own property is still for sale, and my offer has been accepted subject to conditions, and I am busy filling out files for the notary and the bank; nevertheless, I dare to rate this real estate agency. As a seller, I have no experience here, but as a buyer, I can certainly recommend this office.
