Communication could have been much better. Positive aspects of the house, such as the central location, weren't shown in the photos. We wrote the description for Funda ourselves because here too the advantages weren’t mentioned, like our underfloor heating and sunny roof terrace. I have just cancelled my mortgage and insurance here. They can't open pdf files which means it takes them a month to process a claim form. I requested several conversations: then they say I will be called back, but that never happened. Cancelling the insurances wasn't processed correctly so the automatic debit was stopped two months late. (A considerable) number of times they failed to keep appointments. We now have a beautiful new house, but we have closed the mortgage and insurance elsewhere.
Results are based on the last 12 months.
