Zoon was drawn for a rental property. Entirely happy. 2 hours later phone call that the owner of the property wants to see it in order not to make any sale properties. Needed a few days to think about it. Fine. A week later but an email sent because we heard nothing. Needed a few more days extra. Also fine. Waiting again. Nothing more heard until today. Very bad. Don't put it on rent in advance if you don't know yet what you want to do with the property.

In this specific case, the delay stemmed from an unexpected reconsideration by the landlord, which we unfortunately have no influence over. We could have communicated this more quickly and clearly — that's something we certainly take to heart. I was completely wrongly blamed for things (by Raymond) that I had nothing to do with.. If he doesn't like you for some reason, he will annoy you. Maybe he was bullied as a child and is now selectively seeking revenge on people or didn't have proper upbringing. I am at least very relieved that I now have a home from another real estate agent

I can wholeheartedly recommend KRACHT Makelaars, because while I was still in Poland, two months before my departure to the Netherlands, I handled the entire rental process of my apartment via e-mail. Ray, who handled the entire process, was incredibly helpful and patient; I did not always have time to respond due to my constant traveling. He was incredibly patient in explaining my concerns and collecting the documents I sent. The friendly and professional service certainly deserves the highest five-star rating.

With full enthusiasm, I viewed a studio and indicated that I would like to have it. Ray was very friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards, I received an email asking me to send some documents. I did this and never heard back. I could at least have appreciated a rejection. It's a shame there was no communication.
