Johannes really helped me a lot. There were moments when I didn't understand what was expected of me, after all, I was making the purchase of my first house and also a houseboat. This involves many other rules and exceptions. Also regarding the financial advice, Johannes could explain to me in clear language what it meant and what it implied for me. The houseboat broker is perhaps slightly more expensive than other mortgage lenders, but you definitely earn that back double through the way you are helped!
