The most terrible experience I've ever had in the Netherlands since my arrival in 2021. When checking out of the rented apartment, the director of the Mauritshuis, Eric, shouted at me and stamped his feet. He also insulted my husband when he spoke to him via email. Possibly racist and sexist. Absolutely unprofessional. I would give negative stars if that were possible.

sends unsolicited mail. A waste of paper. We have a ‘no junk mail’ sticker on the door that they circumvent with ‘to the owner of this property’. If I were to sell my home, I certainly wouldn't give the assignment to this pushy realtor.

Terrible customer service and care. They don't even bother to call you back after a viewing to ask for more information. Scandalous.

Have an appraisal carried out by Reinders. An intermediary had put forward Reinders as the appraiser. Can only say top service. Report received within 24 hours after the appraisal. A realistic report is what I can also continue with. The broker seemed expert, honest and skilled.

I once bought a house here through this real estate agent. They do what they need to do during the purchasing process, but that's all there is to say. Support from the real estate agent after the purchase of my home is, in my opinion, worthless. I wouldn't buy another property through them unfortunately.
