The real estate agent knows the market well and has always responded quickly to questions. Worked professionally.
Contact was pleasant, the appointments were well kept. A point of attention is to respond faster with known information on the website and on the sign in front of the property regarding whether it's under offer / sold subject to contract / sold.
Everything went smoothly and seamlessly and everything was arranged within a few weeks. Communication with the real estate agent was occasionally a bit more difficult (probably due to the busyness), but was generally good.

Generally satisfied with this broker: expert, good market knowledge and solution-oriented thinking along with us in our reasonably complex situation (property from an inheritance). The broker could respond a bit faster and consistently feedback viewings.
Twice a day of viewing appointment cancelled in advance, never experienced such a bizarre situation!!!
