Okay, it was all very clear and they were always friendly and polite towards me. Very clear.
Fine real estate office. Specifically asked for Mr. Fijen as he knew the house well. Via offers, the viewings and offers did not take more than 3 weeks.

Contact was pleasant, the appointments were well kept. A point of attention is to respond faster with known information on the website and on the sign in front of the property regarding whether it's under offer / sold subject to contract / sold.
Everything went smoothly and seamlessly and everything was arranged within a few weeks. Communication with the real estate agent was occasionally a bit more difficult (probably due to the busyness), but was generally good.

Very annoying experience with this office, extremely poor communication, emails and phone calls are not/barely responded to. Here the agent's will still prevails and the personal approach is nowhere to be found.
