Droste Real Estate Agents and Kees provided me with excellent assistance in the purchase of my apartment in Utrecht. Within a short time, I had a viewing that met my wishes. The communication was fast and direct, and I received good support in the administrative processes.

Droste De Vries had already assessed the house we purchased. Subsequently, they would only take some new photos and this suited the appraiser very well to do so on the same day. I therefore still had time to consider whether or not to award the contract to Droste De Vries. Subsequently, without further consultation, they proceeded to prepare the valuation report and I was put under pressure that an order had already been placed. This was not a pleasant contact and gave the feeling that agreements were distorted. Subsequently, neatly paid the invoice to then receive a second invoice (reminder) 9 months after paying the invoice because it was said that payment had not been made..... No pleasant experience!
