I had known Lauteslager since a previous purchase and although that was more than twenty years ago the cooperation worked well again.

I had to move from Amsterdam to Utrecht and I am so glad that I found Lauteslager Makelaars. Racist people, terrible service

Het kantoor Lauteslager bestaat 175 jaar. In de afgelopen 40 jaar heb ik op diverse momenten de makelaars van Lauteslager mogen inschakelen. Begin 90'er jaren meneer Lauteslager zelf, die toen eindeloos met mij heeft meegezocht tot dat we in Utrecht slaagden met aankoop van een monumentaal en iconisch (klus)huis. En dat Is mijn Thuis geworden. Later met Rob van Loenen en Jan Vrijhof ook met succes aan- en verkopen gedaan. De laatste ervaring, namelijk de verkoop van ons ouderlijk huis in Lombok (een huis met 50 jaar herinneringen), met begeleiding van Martijn van Eijk. Met een gunfactor verkocht aan een startende woningzoekende jongeman. Deze ervaring was wederom een verrijking in onze geschiedenis met Lauteslager; niemand anders had het beter kunnen doen. Ga er maar eens aanstaan: als makelaar met zes verkopers (zussen en broer) aan het werk. Vanaf het eerste gesprek tot de overdracht heeft Martijn zorgvuldig, zakelijk maar vooral met de gevoeligheid van het afstand doen van 50 jaar emoties en herinneringen aan het ouderlijk huis, geweldig opgetreden. Martijn dank je wel. Ik gun elke koper/verkoper zo een goede makelaar als Lauteslager.
