During the viewing last week at a house in Groenekan, we had to deal with a not very enthusiastic real estate agent, despite our great interest in the house. It was the first day of the viewings and you would expect an agent who does his best. We immediately made an appointment for a second viewing and making a good offer. A day later we were already called that the house had been sold, while viewings were planned throughout the week. This seems unreliable and feels like a deal between agents themselves. And thus a pointless viewing for form's sake. Bad for both the buyer and seller. We have contacted the real estate agent about what happened and were supposed to be called back. Nothing heard from them to date.

Mixed bag. If you encounter this, please work with Ben or Wilco. Our realtor (named Chantal) was rude, unprofessional and unable to answer fundamental questions about the house that we bought.

Great experience from start to finish. As an international, it can be difficult to find a house on the current Dutch housing market. As international starters regarding mortgages, however, we advise others to carefully monitor all clauses in the sale/purchase agreement, especially those relating to the financial guarantee (if applicable), as this can be a deductible for the buyer if something goes wrong during the mortgage approval process. Terrible bad service. They sent the house report with incorrect customer data, we politely requested a change, but they got it wrong again, we kindly asked again, but they never responded. Moreover, as offered, we requested to send the bill to the notary, but they never responded. Instead, they sent an aggressive letter to my home requesting money. We had to call and complain for the third time. It seems too much work for them to read their emails and do what they are paid by their customers for. In contact with the real estate agent, I was initially rejected based solely on my voice, regarding a property where it was stated to be rented out when that wasn't the case. In the second contact, this possibility suddenly existed, but no consideration was given to ways of renting it out. Also, there is no clear line among the colleagues. It’s very annoying that they don’t look at the person but at what needs to appear on paper. Totally unfriendly.

A fine reliable realtor who sold our house for a good price, excellently guided and helped us through the entire sales process and always responded quickly and well to questions. For now we will remain living here, but in the future for any purchase or sale I would definitely choose Lauteslager again.

Very bad service. We had an appointment and they were quite late. We had to push the agents to do things. There were inconsistencies with the procedures compared to other brokers. Would not recommend going here.
