Unlike what is stated on the website of this office, this broker is NOT registered with NRVT! This lady does not understand her profession or the job she's doing, especially in my case (rental management), absolutely.. I have often received this reaction from her over the past 2 years.. “I don’t understand you” “I don’t understand it”. As can be read in several other reviews, she charges €450.00 cash under the table to qualify and on top of that another €125.00 “administration” costs to have her (non-existent) financial advisor check income papers.. Pay up and you are the perfect candidate.. and this illegal trick is easily done in a housing market that is completely stuck. Already arguing with and due to the previous tenant about furniture takeover at the start of the lease.. which De Hoornse never offered but she herself took over for a reduced price. The tenant came seeking redress because they had a bad feeling about it, and this was justified. The gutter, which was already hanging on its last, completely rotten nail at the beginning, is not being replaced.. but I still have to clean up all the dirt that falls from that sagging thing onto all the other roofs.. And she would preferably like to see a “bill” for it.. Solve the cause or don’t pass the consequence on to me! When requesting (minor) repairs of worn-out parts of the property, she tries to convince you that it is “damage”. She even tries to charge you for the repair of the centuries-old sewer which lies here in the city center (I live in an apartment and share the drain with a restaurant on the ground floor and another apartment on the ground floor)… Sewers get blocked Marina and also sink or break down. If this is at apartment level, then you have a point but something that is approximately 100 meters from my apartment and still 2 floors higher, you simply cannot blame me for it.. These are examples of how you act sloppily and unprofessionally.. I don’t understand that? Fortunately, I am not impressed by “threatening” emails sent about this.. If you can't fulfill/prove something, don't send nonsense about it via email! The excuses she always and often uses; - mailbox is broken/full - mail was in my spam box - phone broken, unreachable - frequently “on vacation” - it’s the landlord’s fault and not mine, then again with the aforementioned.. I am writing this review because for a rental price of €1900 per month, I expect a professional approach. Today's last straw, after 3 weeks I had to ask again for a refund of the overpaid utilities and received the reaction “I don’t understand you”. Marina if I have to get €1000 from you/the landlord and I have to ask again after 3 weeks and you say; it escaped me, I have nothing from the landlord, I was on vacation, I didn't have your account number, I didn't receive your email with your account number, your email with your account number was in my spam box.. While for 2 years now I have been transferring rent of €1900 exactly on time from the same account and you don’t understand that I am “irritated” about it.. then I advise you, together with all the above, to seek another profession.. I have always tried to express or resolve everything directly with you but you simply refuse to understand it all.. If you as a landlord/tenant need a carefree, HONEST and without too much nonsense (registered) broker, then I would skip this one. PS. Don’t expect a greeting on the street.. but that would be shame.. while it is actually shameless behavior (behind the computer or the phone).. And this is not the first time I have rented an apartment, but it is the first time so many oddities happen!
