I had the pleasure of meeting Mascha during a viewing. On behalf of her clients, she warmly welcomed my mother and me in a pleasant atmosphere. The viewing itself was very nice and professional. This is especially noteworthy given that house viewings can be quite stressful at times. Mascha clearly possesses knowledge and thought along with our wishes and possibilities. Unfortunately, my father could not attend; to this, Mascha mentioned that we could plan a second viewing. I found this extremely pleasant in addition to the nice rapport. Our experience with Mascha Zonder has been particularly bad. She provided us with no information whatsoever about the bidding process nor offered any options, although the rules of conduct of VastgoedPro (a qualitatively inferior variant of the NVM) prescribe this. She even left our emails with questions regarding this unanswered. Because a bid had already been made before the house was listed on Funda, she tried to motivate us to accept that first bid without listing the house on Funda. Later we received a much higher offer! When we asked if there were any more interested parties, both Mascha and her colleague denied this, while indeed a further viewing had been requested. Both admitted this afterwards without explanation or apology. VastgoedPro took no action when we reported this. Mascha is therefore a member of VastgoedPro without adhering to their rules. When we withdrew the assignment, Mascha refused to remove the property from Funda (we had to involve Funda for this!) and still has not returned our keys and building plans, preventing us from fulfilling the start-up costs. Mascha Zonder exploits the inexperience of sellers. Under the guise of 'personal' (and even 'sincere') and by having potential buyers write their motivations along with their bids, she tries to expedite the sale so that she can benefit as quickly as possible. A VastgoedPro real estate agent is therefore not a guarantee of quality. Mascha Zonder is certainly not recommended. (This is only a short listing of our negative experiences with her.)

123Wonen Twente is een topzaak en de ervaring met Shanna was fantastisch! Ik beveel het van harte aan.

Blijf uit de buurt van dit makelaarskantoor als u niet bekend bent met de Nederlandse huurwetgeving. Ze presenteren zichzelf als vriendelijk en "huisdiervriendelijk", maar onze ervaring van twee jaar liet een heel andere realiteit zien: onprofessionele communicatie, intimidatietactieken en een volstrekte minachting voor de rechten van huurders. We huurden in 2023 via hen als pas aangekomen expats die nog niet begrepen hoe de Nederlandse huurbescherming werkt. We betaalden vooraf € 700 servicekosten, één maand huur en een borg. Tijdens onze huurperiode meldden we ernstige problemen met vocht en wateroverlast. Onze ramen waren constant bedekt met condens en bij hevige regenval bleef er water op de vensterbanken staan. De kleine kelder liep ook onder water. Daarnaast hadden we elektrische problemen in de woning. Ondanks meerdere meldingen werden deze problemen nooit naar behoren opgelost en uiteindelijk hebben we zelf een aantal van deze problemen moeten verhelpen. Ze beweren huisdiervriendelijk te zijn, maar toen een buurman klaagde over af en toe blaffende honden overdag, heeft het makelaarskantoor niet bemiddeld of ons gesteund. In plaats daarvan communiceerden ze op een manier waardoor we het gevoel kregen dat we ons huis zouden kunnen verliezen, ondanks dat we altijd op tijd de huur betaalden en verantwoordelijke huurders waren. De communicatie van hun kant was vaak vijandig. Pas nadat we aangaven juridisch advies in te winnen, verbeterde hun toon tijdelijk. Aan het einde van de huurperiode hebben we de woning in betere staat achtergelaten dan we hem aantroffen en we hadden foto's als bewijs. Tijdens de inspectie werd ons verteld dat alles in orde was. Later hielden ze echter onze volledige borg van € 975 in, onder het mom van schade die niet bestond en door de verantwoordelijkheid af te schuiven op de eigenaar. Ze beweerden zelfs dat de borg niet voldoende zou zijn om de vermeende schade te dekken, ondanks het inspectierapport dat anders aangaf. Het was destijds financieel niet de moeite waard om juridische stappen te ondernemen, maar achteraf hebben we er spijt van dat we dat niet hebben gedaan. Als u een expat bent, niet bekend bent met de Nederlandse huurwetgeving of geen Nederlands spreekt, wees dan uiterst voorzichtig, vooral met hun vestiging in Almelo. E-mails en klachten worden gemakkelijk genegeerd en de algehele ervaring kan je als huurder een geïntimideerd en machteloos gevoel geven. Het beste wat ons is overkomen, was het beëindigen van deze huurovereenkomst. Update (eind 2025): vrienden van ons huurden via hetzelfde makelaarskantoor en ondervonden ernstige problemen met verborgen kosten binnen de eerste maand. Wees voorzichtig!!!

We boekten dit bureau voordat we naar Nederland kwamen, in de hoop een partner te vinden die ons zou helpen met de verhuizing, maar deze hele ervaring voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen die op hun website en in hun brochure werden gewekt. - Gebrek aan professionaliteit, communicatie en empathie voor de klant; - Hun ideale termijn voor het vinden van een woning was 2 weken, en nadat we vrijwel geen opties hadden gevonden, moesten we zelf een huis zoeken en huren; - En als we hen persoonlijk of telefonisch probeerden te bereiken, werden we, als we al niet werden genegeerd, beledigd en leken ze niet bereid ons te helpen; - Het enige positieve aan deze ervaring was de uiteindelijke terugbetaling. Dit resultaat hebben we bereikt door aanzienlijke inspanning en volharding van onze kant.

Worthless bunch of testicles company. Scheduling a viewing is impossible. Called multiple times and they promise to call you back but they don't. Contact via email is also hopeless. They apparently don’t want to sell you a house, and it's clear that they are playing favorites.

What a lovely experience I had with Verhuurpro! Due to my private circumstances, I didn't have a home and Verhuurpro helped me super quickly get a roof over my head. The only thing they tell you is, we will send you a questionnaire and then we will see if we can schedule a viewing. Final score, I filled out that form 4x + downloaded the app and created a profile via the app (with the same information) and still get no response. Discrimination really exists and Verhuur Pro does it openly.

Good experiences with this real estate agent, both with the sale of my old house and with renting another, nice property, and also arranging a lovely apartment for my oldest daughter in the meantime! Marc and the rest of the team are professional, honest and clear in their communication but without losing sight of humanity.
