It's a real shame that the contact disappeared while your offer was accepted, and a few days later the property appears on Funda as a new listing. It was sold subject to conditions, namely arranging an energy label which doesn't exist and the land registry information which is incorrect. And then there’s nothing more. Strange way of working and therefore no trust in this real estate agent.

Willem may look a bit like a 'fast boy', but he is very thoughtful, involved and pulls out all the stops to serve you well. In addition, his rates are more than reasonable. A fine, small real estate agency.

She points out defects, doubts/points that are structurally known to be critical, and if you ask questions she doesn't avoid them. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the contact was very pleasant: we were able to view the house again for renovation plans in consultation.
