Een huis kopen en verkopen is een spannende tijd en iets wat je niet vaak doet. De huizenmarkt is lastig dus gingen we op zoek naar een goede makelaar die de klant voorop heeft staan. Al vanaf het eerste gesprek hadden we een heel goed gevoel bij Irene, rustig, warm en persoonlijk. Ze luisterde heel goed naar onze wensen en Irene heeft zowel bij de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis en de verkoop van onze woning heel goed geadviseerd. Irene hield ons erg goed op de hoogte en ze maakte altijd tijd voor onze vragen. We hadden dit proces met niemand anders willen doen, dankzij Irene wonen we nu in ons droomhuis!

4 times a 10 and that is genuinely and without doubt. With Irene, we really had a professional on our side! Decisive, good network for complete handling, nice balance between sharp advice and letting us make the decision. What we also find pleasant is the quick switching without a large office around it slowing things down.

Very unfortunate, we had found a nice house in Wijchen but couldn't get the appraisal approved because it wasn't the current housing value. The house was put on the market for a much higher price. Nothing has been done to the house for 35 years! Nicely and politely asked if something could be done with the price. Everything else was already arranged for us. Nowadays, it’s only about the ‘highest bidder’ but not about someone's situation or first-time buyers who want to buy a home. How can starters ever afford anything at a normal price? I do want to say that Ben Janssen is a nice realtor and he at least chats with visitors who come to view the house. There should be more realtors like that. Open and friendly and not just looking who has bid the highest.

Irene knows how to deal with people, has a lot of empathy and that makes her the person you want in your house to sell it. Furthermore, she is strategic, skilled and professional and kept us very well informed throughout the entire sales process. Definitely recommended for the sale or purchase of your home.

As someone searching in the business market, I sent Luc an email at the beginning of July. I received a response with a proposal very quickly. And yes! In the meantime, work is being done to get the building ready for my gluten-free bakery! Luc is adequate, helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and interested.

After the rejection, requested the bid log: Highest bid, no conditions. But the price of the party with whom an agreement was reached had not gone through move and was not released. Several months later, requested the sale price via kadaster, which was € 1,000,- higher than our bid. It should be clear that this is not a clean deal and that bids were used to determine the market price.
