The house is now sold at a market-compliant price with a better result of € 40,000 than if we had followed Mascha's advice. We advise no one to make use of Mascha's services. She is not trained as a real estate agent, unreliable and incompetent!

Our further experience with Mascha Zonder of BijZonder real estate agents has unfortunately again been very disappointing. More than two months before we posted our previous review on Google, we sent her an extensive email with our complaints and negative experiences. She never responded to this email (as she did not respond to many other emails). Only after we had posted our review on Google were we - on a Sunday - called by someone who introduced himself as Mischa Knops, partner of Mascha Zonder. He put us under unpleasant pressure to remove our review from Google. Apparently, Mascha Zonder had involved her partner because she was not able to handle her own affairs. Later we noticed that Mischa Knops left a 5-star review here! Mascha Zonder also posted a positive reaction on the website of her partner ‘kds document solutions’. Completely in accordance with Mascha’s motto: “honest and sincere!” In response to our review, Mascha Zonder stated there that she finds it inappropriate for us to share our experiences via Google, while she never answered our email with the same content! On September 11th last year, we received a letter from her lawyer, Mr. M. Blok of Van Veen Advocaten in Ede. He ordered us not to leave any more reviews for BijZonder Makelaars and threatened legal action. Since we shared our negative experiences with BijZonder real estate agents, substantiated by emails, with him on (October 10th), we have heard nothing from him. Since our previous negative review, ten very positive reviews have been left here for BijZonder Makelaars. Many times more than the few houses she has sold. This creates the impression that Mascha Zonder, just like her own partner, mobilizes friends and acquaintances to write laudatory reviews. Some are friends with her on Facebook. In our experience, Mascha Zonder is unskilled and unreliable. She misled us and seriously tarnished our trust in a failed sales process. We also warn against VastgoedPro. We have indicated several times that Mascha Zonder does not comply with their Code of Conduct. VastgoedPro says it does not deal with individual cases, while Mascha Zonder still uses their logo. VastgoedPro is therefore nothing more than a whitewash. In her unprofessional communication, Mascha Zonder gives the impression of not having followed any real estate training. For example, she states in an email that she complies with legally established rules of conduct for real estate agents, while such rules do not exist at all. BijZonder real estate agents have failed to guide the sale of our family home on Tijhofslaan in a businesslike manner. Despite the considerable interest in the property, she repeatedly tried to rip us off. Instead of communicating properly, she does not shy away from spreading false information and putting pressure on us. We still do not have our house keys and construction drawings back, so we cannot pay the start-up costs invoice. Her lawyer is now also threatening extrajudicial collection costs and interest. Because we hear nothing more from her or her lawyer, we are now considering filing a complaint with the Disciplinary Committee of Real Estate Professionals in order to protect others from this kind of abuse. If you want to sell your house quickly at a price below market value, have BijZonder real estate agents handle the sale! We advise against doing business with Mascha, but rather seek an expert and reliable real estate agent with a real estate education.

When selling the house of the family, I indicated that I do not want motivations. To my surprise, every bid was supplemented with an extensive motivation. Later I found out that Masha - contrary to our wish - asked potential buyers to provide their bid with a motivation. I am very disappointed that Masha pushed through her own way of working and ignored our wish. She does not act in the interest of the client. Not every bidder wants to provide a bid with a motivation, which probably resulted in fewer bids being made. Moreover, I find it undesirable to be confronted with personal stories from strangers. Masha also communicates hardly about the bidding procedure and offers no options. I do not recommend her to anyone.
