Our experience with Vida Makelaars is frankly disappointing. One star is actually too much for this disgusting realtor! During the first viewing, we were already greeted unfriendly. The realtor made no effort to actually sell the house and seemed completely uninterested in us as potential buyers. This was an extremely unpleasant start. Despite this, it was the house we were looking for, so we decided to make an offer. Initially, the house was promised to us, we were quite happy with the house. To our surprise, however, a little later (on the day of the technical inspection) we heard that our bid was not sufficient after all and that there had to be re-bidding, despite the fact that the house had already been sold to us. As someone in business, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. There was also no understanding from the realtor. The only thing this unprofessional lady could say was: 'This is allowed, nothing is on paper yet.' No consideration was shown for the fact that this is morally reprehensible and absolutely unprofessional. Ultimately, we did buy the house, at a much higher price, because we really wanted it. (Fortunately, our purchasing realtor prevented us from making a bid that would have been another 15k higher.) Finally, again the communication with Vida was frankly unpleasant during delivery. We were once again confronted with an unfriendly and grumpy attitude from this lady. We do understand that sometimes it can be difficult to make deals, and that a realtor has to sell a house for a third party and wants to receive the best price (which also failed) but some empathy and friendliness is at least what you would expect from a realtor in my opinion. We will strongly advise everyone not to enter into business with this realtor.

Goede prijsstrategie en de ondersteuning (foto's, video/drone en plattegronden voor Funda) zijn ook ruim voldoende. Reactieve marktbenadering waarbij alleen Funda wordt ingezet. Het 'eigen netwerk' lijkt minder relevant te zijn geweest in ons geval.

Laurens is heel fijn in de communicatie en ook duidelijk in zijn observaties en advies. Fijn om ervaring mee te hebben in die korte tijd dat je binnen bent.

De makelaar (Laurens) is erg deskundig en goed bereikbaar, mocht je hem niet te pakken krijgen (via de telefoon) belt hij altijd aan het einde van de dag terug. Hij heeft ons vrij last-minute erg goed geholpen met het controleren van de waarde van een woning die te koop stond. Hij heeft erg veel verstand van de lokale markt en was wat informeler (niet 'standaard' strak in het pak makelaar), wat voor ons heel prettig werkte.

Het is prima verlopen tussen ons en de makelaar, lekker duidelijk na elkaar wat er moest gebeuren om goed resultaat te behalen om beide huizen te kunnen verkopen. Daarom zijn de huizen nu ook verkocht. Het is ook belangrijk de juist wensen na elkaar toe uitspreekt.
